Setup Concept

Install OnyxCeph³™ on your practice server to use it on all local client PC within the local network. All patient data, image records 2D|3D and settings are saved in the Onyx SQL database on the server. No shared folder is required since all transport is performed via TCP|IP. Each client and each user can have its own login to keep individual settings.

Install a second OnyxCeph³™ database standalone on a local PC at home. Data can be synchronized easily between both databases using the container export|import function or the separate sync program. If there is a fix or mapped IP available for the practice server, the local client also could access the practice network via internet.

Install the second OnyxCeph³™ database standalone on a local notebook instead of the home computer to use it even you are not connected to the practice network. Data can be synchronized easily between both databases using the container export|import function or the separate sync program. Also, each time the local computer is connected to the practice network, it can switch between both databases.

Buy an additional server license at half the price of the primary license to use OnyxCeph³™ in a second practice location or add any number of site licenses required.
