How can I delete a patient record from the patient list?

• Delete all images on tab |Images-2D Data| and |Images-3D Data|
• Delete all slides on tab |Presentation-Slides|
• Delete all data in the recycle bin
• Delete patient record by menu Patient|Delete Patient
